This lock has the janitor function-it locks every time the door closes. This lock is perfect to replace your current door knob or for brand new doors. These are easy to install and use, fit most doors and are weather resistant. 2 3/8" and 2 3/4" backset available. They carry a 1 Year Mechanical Warranty through the manufacturer
