OLFA Cutter Carpet and Linoleum Cutter 45-C Model 1069991

OLFA Carpet and Linoleum Cutter 45-C Model 1069991 provides for precision cutting without damage to the cutting base surface. Design allows for safer cutting as majority of blade edge is concealed and handle design keeps hand away from the blade. Cutter uses a 45mm rotary blade that does not rotate when cutting. When the blade edge is dull, simply revolve the black dial slightly to obtain a sharp new edge. Comes with 1 RB blade. Uses OLFA RB45 replacement blades only.
